The rules for using HamiltonRC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: June 22, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HamiltonRC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of hamiltonai.com and all related tools and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Sign In," or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HamiltonRC. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
If you are using HamiltonRC on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account credentials, create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, or maintain more than one free account. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.
HamiltonRC is a web-based platform for RC car racers. The Service currently includes:
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before removing a feature that paid subscribers depend on.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@hamiltonrc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of that cycle and are not charged again. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented billing errors — contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits (AI runs per month, saved setup sheets) as described on our pricing page. We may adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Entitlement enforcement: Plan features are enforced server-side. Attempting to bypass client-side feature gates does not grant access to paid features and may result in account suspension.
Important: AI-generated tuning advice is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for hands-on experience, professional guidance, or your own judgment on the track.
The AI Tuning Advisor generates setup recommendations based on the information you provide. You should understand and agree that:
The AI Tuning Advisor is a starting point, not a guarantee. The best results come from combining AI suggestions with your own trackside observations.
Each plan includes a monthly AI run allowance. Limits are tracked per billing cycle and reset at the start of each period. If you reach your monthly limit, you will be prompted to upgrade or wait until your next cycle.
In addition to tier-based limits, we maintain server-side rate limits to protect platform stability and prevent abuse. These limits apply to all users regardless of plan.
You may not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to artificially inflate usage, circumvent rate limits, or access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
"Your Content" means setup sheets, notes, preferences, and any other data you create or upload to the Service.
You retain ownership of Your Content. By saving content to HamiltonRC, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it to you and, where you have chosen to share it, to other users. We do not claim ownership of your setup data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you create. We do not independently verify setup sheet values.
If you delete your account, your content will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
When the community setup library launches, you may be able to share your setup sheets publicly with other users. By publishing content to the community library, you:
You may remove your shared setups from the community library at any time. We reserve the right to remove any community content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

All content on hamiltonai.com that is not Your Content — including the HamiltonRC name, logo, design, source code, setup guides, tire data, and AI prompt engineering — is owned by HamiltonRC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The AI models that power the Tuning Advisor are provided by third-party AI providers. We do not claim ownership of the underlying models.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HamiltonRC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
We make no guarantees about the availability of third-party services (AWS, Google, Facebook, AI providers) that the platform depends on.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HamiltonRC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event will our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@hamiltonrc.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your use of the Service is harmful to other users or to us.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, and 16 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.
