How HamiltonRC collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.
Last updated: June 22, 2026When you create an account — whether by email/password or social sign-in — we collect:
When you use HamiltonRC's tools, we store content tied to your account:
We automatically collect technical data when you visit hamiltonai.com:
We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by our payment processor and we only receive a transaction confirmation and subscription status.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
You may sign in using your Google or Facebook account. When you do, those services share a limited set of profile data with us through a secure OAuth 2.0 flow. We only request the minimum permissions needed to create your account.
We do not receive your Google or Facebook password, your friends list, your posts, or any data beyond the above. After your account is created, the social token is stored locally in your browser session only — we do not retain a persistent copy of your Google or Facebook access token on our servers.
Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Your use of Facebook sign-in is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
We share your data only with the following service providers, solely to operate HamiltonRC:
Your account and setup data is stored on AWS infrastructure, including AWS Cognito (authentication) and Amazon S3 (setup sheet files). AWS acts as a data processor under a signed data processing agreement.
We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Google receives anonymized usage events and approximate location. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool or a browser extension that blocks Analytics.
When you submit a tuning request, the text you enter (car description, handling problems) is sent to an AI model to generate advice. We do not include your name or email in these requests. AI provider terms prohibit using your inputs to train their models.
Subscription payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We receive only your subscription status — never your full card number, CVV, or billing address.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose data if required by law (e.g. a valid court order), and will notify you when legally permitted to do so.
Your account data is stored in AWS Cognito (us-east-1 region) and your setup files in Amazon S3, both protected by AWS's enterprise security controls including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
We retain your account and setup data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@hamiltonrc.com.
HamiltonRC uses a small number of browser storage mechanisms:
